Emergency Release, Student Information and Permission Forms

These forms are to be signed by parents and returned to the school office by FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 9th, 2011.   

All parents in the district are asked to "sign off" on the following...

  • Privately Owned Electronic Devices
  • Media and Video Release Parental Consent

  • Consent of Release Permission
  • BC School Fruit and Vegetable Nutritional Program
